Will They Fit My Phone?
Chromewire uses a USB-C plug, so it works with phones, tablets and laptops that have a USB-C port. Older phones with a round headphone jack need an adapter.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 10 days. That is the usual window and not a fixed date, because carriers and customs can hold a parcel longer. You get a tracking link as soon as it ships, so you can follow where it is.
What If They Are Not For Me?
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives. Send us a message through the contact page with your order number and we take it from there.
Do They Have A Microphone?
Yes. The mic sits in the in line remote, so you can answer a call and keep the earbuds in.
